Who Would Commit A Year?
December 23rd, 2009 Posted in INMEDI am inspired this morning to receive an application from an internal medicine specialists who is interest in completing INMED’s International Medicine Fellowship. Imagine, committing a year of your life to living and working at INMED’s training site in Cameroon - Banso and Mbingo Hospitals? Imagine dedicating your energy and intelligence toward learning the nuances of caring for people who are most on the margins? This Christmas, forget about Avatar and Sherlock Holmes. What’s REALLY inspiring to me is people who step out to serve those whom society has largely ignored.
