Scott Dooley - Exemplary Role Model!
February 28th, 2008 Posted in INMEDYesterday I enjoyed lunch with Scott Dooley, a physician from the Kansas City area who practices at the Kudjip Nazarene Hospital in Papua New Guinea (PNG). Scott’s story is remarkable for his sense of God calling him to serve the unserved through medicine at a time when he was yet very hazy about the details. Scott’s faithfulness to that calling ultimately guided him through all the decisions and milestones that lead him to PNG - ones like paying off debts, completing specialty training and preparing his family for an entirely new lifestyle. What a wonderful opportunity INMED students have to potentially study under role models like Scott Dooley!
